One nurse poor woman....I have to go to the oncology wing when I go, German lady....she couldn't do a stick on me to save her life, I was bruised and I don't bruised easily, needle hanging out of my hand had gotten caught her badge, the other hand had multiple sticks ugh!!!!!!! I reluctantly let her do it again the next month (6 months, monthly infusions) the next time (cause I complained) she wrapped my hands in hot towels to dilate the veins...went much better.
